Who We Are

A round table, not a hierarchy

Paladin Partners Kft was founded by a small group of industry veterans who chose to work as a fellowship rather than a firm. No layers, no hand-offs to juniors — the people you meet are the people who do the work.

We advise ambitious entrepreneurs and investors on the decisions that matter most, and we back a select number of ventures directly through angel investment. Every engagement is personal, deliberate, and built on decades of scars and successes across industries.

Bence Feigl

Managing Director

Bence has been building and running businesses in digital marketing and performance advertising since 2013. In Amsterdam he was a business development manager at CLIQ Digital and ran his own consultancy, ZenAds, before building graylock media's Budapest office from zero to twelve people. In 2018 he co-founded Gamebassadors, which has since helped more than 75 companies grow. At Paladin he leads investment decisions, financing and partner relationships.

Richárd Hollósi

Richárd Hollósi

Partner, Acquisitions & Sales

Between 2011 and 2024 Richárd worked on international mobile-network projects for Telenor, Telia, Vodafone, Nokia, Huawei and Rakuten in more than ten European countries, including Germany, Denmark and the United Kingdom, leading field teams. From 2015 to 2018 he ran his own company, PR4U Network Ltd.; since 2020 he has been the founder and managing director of HR4U Network s.r.o., and he has also led the sale of light-frame houses and building materials. At Paladin he sources property opportunities, negotiates with sellers and buyers, and takes each deal through to the signed contract.

Petra Kareczki

Finance Manager

Petra runs Paladin's financial administration: invoicing, payments, project cost tracking and the relationship with our accountants. She has held the same brief at Gamebassadors since 2024, so the group's finances come together in one pair of hands.
