What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, and your answers on the form: intended use, purchase timing and financing.

What we use it for

To call you back about the listed property, send you its documents (floor plan, site plan, title deed) and arrange a viewing.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who can see it

Paladin Partners Kft and the contact person handling the sale of the property. The form is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook, Instagram). We do not sell your details or pass them on for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until the sale of the property is completed, for 12 months at most. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the email address above and we will reply within 30 days.

You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu) or go to court.
